Embarking on one of the toughest journeys of our lives Tanya was there every step of the way. They say many things happen for a reason and we believe this was one of those times when we called Tanya to inquire about one of her listings. Unfortunately the listing had just become unavailable but it was only the beginning of what would be an enjoyable experience and the beginning of a great friendship. My job was coming to an end in June and we were looking to downsize and find something with less stairs. We had briefly spoken to a few other realtors on the phone but it wasn't until we spoke with Tanya that we felt right away she was someone who we wanted in our corner. From our first meeting we were impressed with her knowledge of the market of homes in our neighbourhood and she helped us determine the right asking price for our home. She helped us find very reasonable and qualified resources to make the improvements to our home that we wanted to make before listing. Once our house hit the market, with the great exposure and her hard work it wasn't long before we had an offer. Next came the process of finding the right home for us. She knew exactly what we were looking for and showed us numerous homes that fit our criteria. Once we found the home we wanted, the offer was made, but before the ink could even dry we changed course on her. We found out that both our sons were moving out to Alberta and since we have other family there, we made a snap decision to move out there in June. This left us with a dilemma. We now had to find somewhere to live until June. No problem, Tanya was there. She found us rental options that would give us an eight month lease. What should have been a very stressful time for us was turned into a very non stressful experience and we owe it all to Tanya for making it so. She is hard working,knowledgeable and just one of the nicest people you could ever meet. We have come to be great friends and we know when it's time for Alberta, Tanya is going to connect us with the resources we need to find a home. We can't thank her enough for her patience, understanding, hard work and wonderful personality. We would recommend Tanya to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you Tanya.

I have purchased many homes in my life and have dealt with several real estate agents. So when the opportunity came for me to make another move, a close friend suggested Tanya Harrison to help me find my dream home. Although she lived an hour away from where I would be moving to, I gave her a call. She was very open and friendly on the phone and immediately jumped at the chance to help me and my son find a new place. For almost a month she would make the one hour drive and I would make the two hour drive to the area I was looking to move to. Sometimes we would see 5-6 properties in one day. She was unwavering in her attempt to find me a new home. She knew exactly what I wanted and never did I have to see any properties that I knew would not be to my liking. Many times I felt that I would never find the house I wanted but Tanya kept the faith and encouraged me to go on. She finally found a property that had not gone onto the MLS market yet but suggested we see it. When I walked through the front door, I just knew. She had chosen the right one for me. Within 48 hours an offer was in place and accepted. There were many obstacles on my property being sold and many times I thought I would never get to live in my new home. Again, she was steadfast and persuaded me to think positively, that things would work out. She was right. And as I sit and sip a glass of Pinot Grigio in the living room of my new home, I want to thank Tanya for her unwavering support through this roller coaster of a ride. All my emails, texts, rants and raves, it has been something else but she has gone above and beyond the call of duty. I don't know how to thank her enough.
